With the Class Pass, you can participate in:
✓ Ab Classes: Every Saturday and Sunday at 7 AM, focused on tightening and sculpting your core.
✓ 36 & Out HIIT Class: A high-intensity, 36-minute fat-burning and body-shaping workout every Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:36 AM.
✓ Additional strength and conditioning exercises tailored to your personal goals during personal training sessions.
Personal training sessions are available Monday to Thursday from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM. After signing up, you'll receive instructions on how to book your sessions at a time that fits your schedule.
Don’t worry! If you miss a group class, there are plenty of other opportunities throughout the month to catch up. Our schedule offers multiple classes each week, so you’ll have other chances to attend Ab Classes, the 36 & Out HIIT Class, or other sessions to stay on track with your fitness goals.
If you miss a personal training session, we can potentially reschedule a make-up session, depending on availability. Just reach out to us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you within the same month!
Yes! While we have a set class schedule, the personal training sessions are flexible based on your availability. Additionally, we will be offering online workouts and progress tracking tools in the near future to help you stay on track if life gets busy.
The 4SMFit Class Pass is $150 per month. There are no long-term contracts or hidden fees—you pay month-to-month and can cancel anytime with no penalties.
