STEP 1: Body Sheet
The Body Sheet will contain information about your weight and body mass index (BMI). We use this information to create your customized program.
STEP 2: Assessment
During the assessment, we discuss your health and fitness goals to get a better idea of the results you’d like to achieve.
STEP 3: Choose a Program
Now that we’ve narrowed down your fitness requirements, it’s time to choose a program: Pay by the session, pay monthly, or pay quarterly.
STEP 4: Join Group Text
This is our primary method of communication with you. Here you will receive your workout schedule, meal plans (if applicable), as well as updates.
STEP 5: Get Results
Now the work begins. We are fully committed to your success and will push you to achieve your goals. We believe in you.
