Stephanie Brodie is a dedicated and passionate Certified Personal Trainer, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Nutritionist who founded 4SelfMotivation Fitness to inspire and guide others on their fitness journeys.

Originally motivated by her own focus on physical appearance, Stephanie soon realized the deeper fulfillment that comes from transforming the body, mind, and spirit. She has since devoted her career to helping clients achieve self-motivation and lifelong wellness through personalized training and nutrition programs.
