Meal plans are customized and structured based on your individual goals. For weight loss, your caloric intake will be set at a rate that will enable you to lose a set amount of pounds per month from the meal plan alone. The exercise will simply speed up the weight loss process and help build lean muscle, tone and definition.
Prior to the meal plan regimen, you will be required to detox your system to get rid of the impurities that contribute to indigestion, poor nutrient absorption and fatigue.
After detoxing is complete, meal planning begins. But don’t worry. This isn’t one of those diet plans where you have to starve yourself. We structure our meal plans in a way that eases you into your caloric deficit so that it’s not such a drastic change from the amount of food you’re supposed to intake.
In order to ensure that you’re following the meal plan, you will need to log everything you eat via a food log smartphone app. The app will allow us to track your eating habits and daily calorie intake to ensure you stay on track with the meal plan assigned to you.
Every week after following a meal plan, you will step on the scale to get your weight. This is how we are able to tell if the meal plan is working for you as planned or if adjustments need to be made.
