The Body Sheet will contain information about your weight and body mass index (BMI). We use this information to create your customized program.

Assessment

During the assessment, we discuss your health and fitness goals to get a better idea of the results you’d like to achieve.

Choose A Program

Now that we’ve narrowed down your fitness requirements, it’s time to choose a program: Pay by the session,  pay monthly, or pay quarterly.

Join the 4SM Fit Group Text

This is our primary method of communication with you. Here you will receive your workout schedule, meal plans (if applicable), as well as updates.
